Family Programming

Children are always welcome in our sanctuary.
Busy bags and children's books are located in the rear left-hand corner of the sanctuary. The Temple library also offers a place for quiet play if children need a break during services.

Babysitting and Tot Story Time
Babysitting will be available in the preschool classroom for children aged 2-5 for all services except for Erev Rosh Hashanah. Supervised quiet activities will be available in a second classroom for children aged 6-10 (pre-registration requested). Diaper service will not be provided and adults must not leave the building while children are in the babysitting. Dinah Berch will lead a short story time in the younger babysitting room at 11am on both Rosh Hashanah Day 1 and Yom Kippur morning.

Children's Services
Youth Services for children in grades 1-5 will be held in the social hall from 10:15am-11:30am on Rosh Hashanah Day 1 and on Yom Kippur. Parents should accompany children in grades 1 or preschool.

Teen Programs
Reb Beni Summers (our rabbinic intern) will be leading programs specifically designed for teens - a musical morning program on Rosh Hashanah morning from 9:30-10:30am, a mini-musaf experience on Rosh Hashanah day 1, 12-12:30 pm following the shofar service, during Kol Nidre services from 6:15-7:15 pm, an experiential program on Yom Kippur from 10-11:30 am, and a teen group in the library during Neilah from 5:45-6:30pm.

If you have children who will be participating in any of these programs, please make sure you've included their names and ages above.
